Shá Cage is a long-time community leader in the Twin Cities Theater, Spoken word, Performance art, and Curatorial communities. She has had leadership roles at InterAct Arts, Full Circle Theater, Catalyst Arts, Tru Ruts Endeavors, Ball City Basketball Program, ETC.
She has been involved in community projects such as the feature documentary Underbelly that spotlights healing and activism in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death, She has led racial justice & equity work in community through Tru Ruts for the past 20 years and Film work through Black Star Studios.
